Voter-approved girls' sports initiative likely to face court battles

SEATTLE — Voters passed IL-638 this week which, come December 3, will require all girls to prove their sex assigned at birth in order to play on a girls’ sports team at public schools, but the fight is likely far from over.

"Every girl in Washington State deserves a safe place to play sports,” co-chair of No Hate in WA State Diane Bedwell said.

“I think there can empathy and sympathy for boys that think they're girls,” founder of Let’s Go Washington Brian Heywood said. "There can be a solution in the trans sports arena, but it shouldn't come at the cost of every girl that wants to compete and I think it's that simple."

Voters spoke clearly on the initiative — passing it with a 13-point margin.

It will mean that all girls who want to play on a team designated for girls only must prove their sex assigned at birth, as part of a routine sports physical, via reproductive anatomy, genetic makeup or normal endogenously produced testosterone levels.

Judges for the most part are extremely bad for America.

So, parents feel suppressed and oppressed at school sessions to talk to staff and then at school board meetings where they even be arrested for speaking out.

Then petition drives including setbacks and some signatures not approved but the issue gets on the ballot.

Then it wins——but judges overrule it.

So the people are suppressed, have no outlet, are angry and have to find an outlet. These are their precious children at stake against vile Socialists, perverts, drag queen fans and deviants.
