Hennepin County prosecutors on Wednesday said they charged conservative provocateur James O’Keefe and another man with felonies for unlawful voting and identity theft for filming themselves misrepresenting their identities to election judges during the Minnesota Aug. 11 primary.
Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty said they were alerted by the Minnesota Secretary of State’s Office that James O'Keefe, Cameron Higby and others were trying to undermine the state's vouching system.
Videos posted by O'Keefe’s operation show them wearing burkas outside precincts during the primary. Moriarty said the voter names they used included some residents who were dead and at least one who voted.
In the videos, O’Keefe, using an accent, asks workers at polling places if he can vouch for other voters. The election workers explain the law around vouching as one of his team members films and then his team walks out.

O’Keefe and Higbee didn’t cast a vote. Not that it matters to the left.
Almost reads like a Babylon Bee headline. We here know that O’Keefe is basically exposing the fraud and other nonsense in Minnesota’s voting systems. Not dissimilar from California trying to criminalize Nick Shirley’s work on welfare and Medicare fraud.
I think we’re going to be seeing a lot more voter fraud indictments now that there’s a $1 million reward on tips.
The first time I ever heard of Kamala Harris was because she and later Xavier Becerra were actively harassing David Daleiden for exposing Planned Parenthood and its house of murder.

Yup, and the DA bringing the charges is an old mentalcase white lesbian named Mary Moriarty. Once again, letting our enemies get into positions of power over us, and then abusing us, while overlooking actual cases of fraud.
Minnesota is a dictatorship.
It’s absurd to arrest them for this and is meant as political retribution meant to silence, like dictatorships do.

They had the audacity to call O’Keefe a “provocateur” instead of a journalist.

So the election workers explained how to get around showing an ID for voting. That’s a crime. They never voted. They were arrested for exposing the fraud.
