A new international coalition of 14 countries, the “Shield of the Americas,” has been formed to target cartels and transnational crime in the Western Hemisphere.
There is “an immediate and universally shared threat in our hemisphere,” posed by “transnational narco-terrorist organizations, which endanger the peace and security of our hemisphere along with the safety, security, and prosperity of our citizens,” they said.
The governments of the United States, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guyana, Honduras, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Trinidad and Tobago have all signed a Memorandum of Understanding to target transnational crime, the U.S. State Department said when announcing the new coalition.
It’s the first joint action they’ve taken “to confront the scourge of narco-terrorism” and their shared goal is to target 24 international criminal organizations, some of which have been designated as foreign terrorist organizations (FTOs) in the U.S.

Do anyone see the news yesterday about Canada’s Carney was expecting an invasion from the US and planned to fight it with Guerrilla warfare of citizens and after his government took away Canadian’s firearms . Carney would be on a plane so fast and off to the EU they would call him “Flash” , ,LOL

Doesn’t it seem strange how this was started into the works by Trump and worked hard by his representative Marco Rubio? The White House reported that Donald Trump signed the official proclamation launching the alliance on March 7, 2026, during a summit in Doral, Florida. If he isn’t protecting the citizens, how do you explain this?

Can they repeal the law of supply and demand?
The US population has a demand for drugs. How do we reduce the demand? How does the government reduce the demand?
How does private sector (both for profit and non profit) reduce the demand.
I have one suggestion.
No welfare or benefits for those who chose a lifestyle of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, STD, HIV. Your might have to phase it in. But the taxpayer should not be paying for bad lifestyle choices.
