A federal judge on Wednesday rejected a request to order the return of more than 600 boxes of voting material seized earlier this year by the FBI amid an investigation involving a Georgia county at the heart of President Donald Trump’s grievances about his 2020 election loss.
U.S. District Judge J.P. Boulee described the events surrounding the bureau’s January raid on an election warehouse in Fulton County — where Atlanta is located — as “in many ways unprecedented” and called some aspects of the investigation, including its reliance on previously debunked conspiracy theories, “troubling.”
But Boulee concluded county officials had not met the high legal bar necessary for him to intervene in the ongoing criminal probe and to instruct agents to give back the seized material, which includes the original ballots cast in the 2020 vote.
“The seizure in this case was certainly not perfect,” wrote Boulee, a Trump appointee. But the county had not shown that its rights were callously disregarded “either through the lack of probable cause … or by the manner of the execution of the seizure,” he said.
The ruling clears the way for the Justice Department to move forward with its inquiry into Trump’s election loss to Joe Biden, a contest he lost in Georgia by about 12,000 votes.

It went much further than that. Barr forcefully shut down any and all investigation into the fraud. Career agents were threatened with termination is they even asked questions. Then he refused to leave until the last possible moment to make sure Trump could not put someone in who would investigate the steal.

I saw him on a Netflix documentary of the Murdochs.
Daddy Murdoch rewarded him and his law firm millions in legal fees to handle a case Rupert was filing in a Utah court in which Rupert and Lachlan were trying to get an "irrevocable" trust revoked.
Barr SCREWED that up royally as he spent a lot of money taking a survey that he thought was favorable to making his case but when the survey did not reveal what he thought it would, he HID it from the other side and the court.
That is a big NO, NO and essentially lost any chances which were slim in the first place of revoking an "irrevocable" trust.
The documentary is interesting in that it correctly showed to what lengths Murdoch went to in 2016 to stop Trump's nomination and to what I'm sure is to the dismay of the filmmakers showed how Trump handed Murdoch a humiliating defeat by not only winning the nomination but the presidency as well.
The filmmakers chose to demonize Daddy Murdoch more than they demonized Trump.
But I can't think of a more worthy person to demonize than Murdoch and had pet project Faux News.

In a related matter, a federal grand jury has issued subpoenas to the Fulton County Elections folks to turn over the personal data for nearly 3,000 poll workers present during the 2020 election. Could get interesting.

It is a very good thing that this story is staying under radar. Communist media thinks they are helping the rodents by smothering this story. As usual they are wrong.
The core of this story is not that the ballots were taken and kept. The real story is that Fractal the program that finds fake voter registrations in real time is well on its way to destroying the Fulton County Democrat fake ballot machine forever because we have the records now.
Fractal compares addresses on voter rolls to certified county real estate tax rolls so there is no way for the rodents to cheat. What is even better about Fractal is that its designer Jay Valentine gives the program away free for the asking so that hundreds of amateur investigators have already uncovered clearly fake registration in several states.
A YouTube video on the effect of Fractal (although the moderator himself never heard of Fractal) shows that one 7 -11 had 100 people using it as their home address. There are literally hundreds of stories like this.

It is notable that Fulton Co had ordered these same 2020 ballots and election materials to be DESTROYED long before they developed such lust to have them back. How can Fulton expect anyone to believe they want the materials as opposed to they do NOT want investigators to analyze them?
Gavin Favarino was on Bannon’s Warroom this morning. He’s the guy that sued in Dec 2020 to preserve these ballots. Bannon asked him what’s next, he said “Indictments”.
