Either the pests eat your food, and you starve and/or the pests attack your farm animals and you, and you die, or you die from the pesticide residue.
If People magazine cared so much, they would sponsor research into safer pest control methods.
Yet many Freepers are convinced that spraying ever more deadly poisons on our food is just fine.

I have no reason to believe pesticides cause lung cancer. I might think they might be involved in GI cancers, but I have not heard of that either. This sounds like results from the same research group that said I have a plastic spoon’s worth of microplastics in my brain.
