Nearly 10% of US births in 2023 came from illegal immigrant mothers, according to newly published research.
Pew Research Center revealed that 320,000 of the 3.6 million babies born in the US that year were anchor babies who would not qualify for birthright citizenship if President Trump’s executive order is upheld by the Supreme Court.
“Under the current erroneous birthright citizenship interpretation, these children automatically become citizens and unlock food stamps, welfare, specialized schooling for English education, and eventually college aid,” Brandy Perez Carbaugh of the Heritage Foundation told The Post.

There are two legal concerns, Amendment XIV and 8 USC 1401.
8 U.S. Code § 1401...:
“The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth:
(a) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof;”
Congress can change 8 USC 1401, and should.
Why are the leftists not merely relying on Amendment XIV?
Because they know it was meant for the “Africans” of 1868.
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.”
Funny how the last part seems to get left out in quotes. It means the quoted sentence is retrospective as of the time of ratification and not prospective.
Birth tourism babies typically never reside in the USA.

This is all so completely clear, but the powers that be have chosen to instead destroy our nation. We are left but to wonder why.
There is no other nation in which the citizens have the freedoms that our country has so once our country is lost that will be it. Other countries are cracking down on what few freedoms their citizens do have and once our culture becomes no different from that in Europe then I’m afraid there will be no going back.
One talk radio host said the roughly 50,000 annual birth tourism babies born to Chinese mothers mean about 1 million are US citizens who moved back to China so far. All will be able to vote legally in elections in the US when they grow up.
Founders wanted to insulate us from foreigners running for President, knowing influence of powers such as Spain, England and others they knew would someday come and they couldn’t imagine which they would be, could destroy the Republic.

The leftist American Catholic clergy is facing invasion by these Mexican pro-life, pro-family, pro-work conservatives. There is conflict. Many Mexican Catholics are switching to Evangelical Protestant where their faith and culture fits better.
First, globalists insisted that western cultures stop having children in order to “save the planet”. Then they used dropping birth rates to insist we needed foreign workers to support social programs. Instead, we have illegal aliens invading western nations, refusing to assimilate, and signing up for every social program they can “fraud” themselves into.
