Senior officials from United States and Israel have recently discussed an unprecedented scenario: deploying special forces on Iranian soil to physically secure the stockpile of enriched uranium accumulated by Iran. This was reported Sunday morning by Axios, citing two U.S. administration officials and sources familiar with the details of the plan.
At the center of the proposed complex operation are about 450 kilograms of uranium enriched to a level of 60 percent. According to intelligence assessments, this is a critical quantity that could be rapidly enriched to the military-grade level of 90 percent-enough to produce no fewer than 11 nuclear bombs.
According to the report, powerful Israeli and American strikes last June destroyed most of the centrifuges at Iran’s nuclear facilities and caused structural collapses that sealed the entrances to underground tunnels. As a result, the uranium stockpile is now trapped under the rubble at the facilities in Fordow Fuel Enrichment Plant, Natanz Nuclear Facility, and particularly at the facility in Isfahan.

This could be doable with the right air support, such as AC130’s hosing down incoming enemy troops. And of course other attack aircraft taking out drones and other threats.
With Trump I see this as NOT being a protracted ground war that the democrats and mil-industrial complex loves.

I would certainly applaud this if it can be achieved. I just don’t know how it can be done, technically speaking. We control the airspace, yes, always will now so that’s not a problem
. But just physically digging it up from under that rubble and hauling it out and transporting it safely out of Iran? Is this technically feasible? If do— super! I just lack knowledge is all —-
If not feasible, our spy satellites wlll still be sleeting USAF of sny needed action yo prevent any future Iranian rulers from getting at it again.

There is always a plan.
