All hospitals have Fed gov’mt contracts. Enforce non-discrimination laws already on the books.
Also, on a personal level all hospitals, doctor offices, etc have contracts with their insurers that result in a rating system for the professionals. Drs are terrified of these since if several people/patients turn in bad reviews (i.e., like Yelp) the insurers take note and then if there is a malpractice occurrence this is tied to the bad reports and the insurance rate skyrockets.
The same applies to nurses. If mistreated go online and look for how to submit a rating — and burn their butts. Claim hostile climate, abusive treatment, etc. Don’t lie, just spin it so that they feel as bad as they made you feel.
It’s a Brave New World... It will get worse before the reset.
Political affiliation is not a protected class. If you can turn it into religion or race, maybe.
Nurses are being forced to treat patients who are either on public assistance despite being illegally in the US, or who have no ability or intention to pay for their care, or who came here as medical tourists because they have no medical system in their country of origin. This places an additional burden on the nurses, doctors, and administrators, and forces hospitals to keep their salaries low (and taxes high) because they have to treat people who aren’t paying for their treatment. Seems like they are shooting themselves in the foot by protesting ICE.

It looks extremely left leaning politically representing 225,000 nurses collected in 17 years, out of something like 6 million nurses country wide.
Why so many were rightly worked hard to elect Conservative candidates and scuttle woke legislation it meant attention was turned away from the breeding ground of woke agendas.
These nests of professional anti-establishment agitators should be banned by the controlling boards that ensure patient safety. They claim the mission is in-fact, patient safety but that's gaslit BS.
