I believe he dismissed the case by the State who wanted them back.
NY Times paywall. But we can actually guess the story pretty accurately. The State may have standing, but no basis for suit against the Feds in this case.
Or it could be one of the cases that was ongoing without a warrant. No that the records were acquired by warrant the case is no longer needed. This is my guess. We know how slanted the NYT is and will sensationalize anything to make the right look bad. Even if it is a half-truth or even flat out lie.

It appears that the state judge dismissed the case because the feds took the ballots out of state, mooting the case.

And why would Georgia care about ballots from five years ago?
Told you so.. No audit controls and no chain of custody on anything related to voting. I got your voter id. but the process can manufacture votes via the collection and the counting processes. The voter voted 10 times. no he didn’t. No Way to know.
They are frightened that if proof is found of FJB stealing an election the next step will be proof of Obama stealing an election or of Obama being ineligible and therefore illegally elected, and we can’t have that.

This is so rich. Their story now goes IF there is fraud found it is because the Feds put the fraudulent ballots in there! Which means you can’t trust the feds only! The state people are pure. They audited the ballots with their one sided standards. I hope there is forensic evidence with regards to paper or ink that makes this irrefutable. Not to mention the pristine unfolded ballots that were supposedly “mail in ballots”.
GA is Absolutely corrupt. GA Governor prevented investigations of 2020 election by appointing the IG and two associates to judgeships for not investigating the ballots.
The state judge is dismissing the case in advance of the federal documents being unsealed that justified the FBI raid that seized the ballots at the heart of this case. Since the state no longer possesses the ballots, this case cannot proceed.
Tomorrow we should find out what the feds know and suspect.

It is actually getting interesting.
It looks like this was planned to clear the path to the mid terms. Enough time to file charges and take control of the count but not enough time for traitors to do anything about it.
The US Court and Judicial system has been hijacked by the deep state as has DC. It is my contention at this point is the only thing that can possibly change that are a few accurately placed bullets as attention getters. If that fails to work then get the rope. We’re not going to love our way out of this one.

Aren’t those the records Fulton county said they no longer HAD so they couldn’t review them just a few short years ago while the Obiden regime’s Just Us department was covering for the ballot box stuffing and other shenanigans that the DNC used to steal the election in GA?
