Yes. And what the idiot Colbert failed to show (while showing the frog costumes) was that ICE is well trained in placement of tear gas into the intake valve for the mini-pump of the costumes. Several hilarious cartoon like responses from those inside the inflateable dinosaurs and frogs— using the costumes to hide from law enforcement attacking them while suited up.

It did not work well, and is highly entertaining to watch how simple and effective their attacks were dealt with- nonlethally.
