Presently, the murdering and raping in the Sudan is being done by Arab Muslims attacking and killing Zaghawa, Fur and Mesalit Sudanese in western Sudan, and the three are African minorities. South Sudan is, religiously, Christian, and it lost close to two million people to the Khartoum govenment.
Sudanese Arabs, regardless of the side chosen in the ongoing civil war, are the scum of the earth.
