Oregon Senators Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley are advocating for a bill that would stop President Trump from replacing immigration judges with what the senators call “inexperienced attorneys.”
The bill is led by Senator Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and co-sponsored by Senators Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), Patty Murray (D-Wash.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) alongside Senators Wyden and Merkley.

Wyden comes out of the Portland urban machine and so does Merkley. Both are puppets of the public employee unions.

Yeah that’s is a real murderers row of rat scumbags. I just can’t believe the rats are surging. They have done nothing that would improve their approval ratings but it seems they are getting elected left and right.

Ridiculous. There actually is no requirements to be a judge. Obviously you can’t be in jail. But you do not even have to be a lawyer. This is how one could save the courts. People with Christian common sense and sound reasoning and judgment. Not twisted hyper-legalism where common sense doesn’t even, and isn’t even allowed, to come into play.
No, this is pure theater.
Immigration judges aren’t judges, they’re Executive Branch employees.
That’ll require a constitutional amendment of Article II of the Constitution. SCOTUS has ruled again and again cementing in the executive branches article II powers.
Looks like it’ll have to rule again in favor of the words in the Constitution.
No matter the left loss, the fight, fight, fight narrative was put out there opposing anything and everything Trump. Mission accomplished.

All you need to know about this bill is shown by who is backing it. Too bad Trump can’t veto it twice.
