The Supreme Court has permitted Texas to keep its newly redistricted, GOP-favorable congressional map in 2026.
Kagan, Sotomayor and Jackson dissent.

This is a big story—gives us a fighting chance to keep Congress in 2026.

Now let the court throw out California's creative map...because it was created when the "commission" was the only one who could make a map...but the legislature made the map...
