President Donald Trump met with Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani aboard Air Force One Saturday at Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar during refueling on Trump’s voyage to Asia.
Trump called the Emir “one of the great rulers of the world” and “beloved and respected by his country.” He called the prime minister his friend and lauded the leaders for being “a very big factor” in the Middle East peace deal he brokered several weeks ago. In fact, Al Thani signed the agreement in Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt, on October 13, along with Trump, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Qatar has a history of supporting Hamas, both financially and with sanctuary. One school of thought says Qatar does this in order to exert a moderating effect on Hamas.
Make of that what you will.
Hamas has been a useful tool its presence in Gaza kept Palestinians divided between Islamist Hamas and Leftist Fatah in Judea and Samaria (”The West Bank”).
This meant no coordinated effort against Israel over Palestinian state idea.
Qatar friendly with Turkey that helped install Al Qaeda in Syria and DJT loves Turkey and Qatar.
So does Lindsey Graham.
Since 9/11 the US has supported terrorists in Libya and Syria to overthrow security threats to Israel isolate Iran from allies ultimately take out Iran.
If Trump can get Qatar online ultimately to take out Iran he considers that success and so does Netanyahu.
Yes. Sometimes Pres. Trump schmoozes a little too much.
But those low IQ Arabs lap it up.
Why not, it was their plane they gited to US.

The Qataris would sell out Hamas for the right price. And they would sell out Trump’s interests for the right price.
Qatar and Turkey are ruled by jihadists. President T may feel it necessary to be diplomatic but all this gushy praise and a- kissing is excessive and embarrassing. Most critically, it is seen as a clear sign of weakness in that (sick, aggressive) culture. Not a good sign ….
The way evil Qatar has injected itself into this Administration is truly revolting. Why is Trump so awed by them? I just don’t get it.
Everything else aside, President Trump does more on a refuel than Biden did in a month.
Qatar is the middleman in communications between the US and Hamas, Hezbollah and other Islamic groups...............
..... I bet some words were said between the two on that matter .....

All these leaders always smile at Trump.....except Zelensky.
