Hate speech is on the minds of many Republican leaders in the wake Charlie Kirkโs assassination. But in their rush to condemn anyone who has said anything critical of Kirk, himself a polarizing figure in U.S. politics but beloved in GOP ranks, conservatives are engaging in forms of cancel culture that they used to blame liberals of conducting.

After the Charlie Kirk incident conservatives gathered in prayer
Every person not on the left is “polarizing”
When was the last time you heard the media call someone on the left as “polarizing”?
Jesus was “polarizing”. So were his apostles.
This is a desperate ploy to control the discourse by definition and attribution of terms. Their problem is that few are listening to them anymore.
......and were attacked for doing so.
Sacramento BS seem to think free speech means they have the freedom to lie to people and expect everyone to believe those lies.
Lighten up Tad. You talk like a moron. How many cop do you say American Conservatives have killed? How many cop cars did we burn? How many Walmart and other retailers were looted by Americans who then burned their buildings. How many elderly old men and women beaten to death by conservative. How many auto dealerships did we burn down. Tad. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Get with the program. You are FOS.
I think the Bee is right. I’d like to believe that Kirk would go on Kimmel’s show, if he still had one, and debate him. That seemed to be true his guiding principles, not have his show cancelled.
"Tad Weber is an opinion writer at The Fresno Bee." And its his opinion like all the other "I dislike Trump" opinions he has scrawled.
The bunch are owned and operated by McClatchy, and McClatchy is owned by Chatham Asset Management, which is -- surprise, surprise -- a hedge fund begun in 2000.
Of it, Wiki tells "According to the New York Times, since acquiring Postmedia, Chatham reduced the workforce, closed newspapers across Canada, decreased salaries and benefits, and consolidated editorial operations."
It is happening here as well. Bilge is bilge, and advertisers are sensitive to market share and reaching "eyes."
The article is 100% right. Or, at least the headline is correct. Of course President Trump and the GOP ignore their own Leftist hate speech, because they don’t have a Leftist hate speech problem... ;-p
The bounds of what is 1st amendment ‘freespeech’ has been so abused that some will argue that any display of action is covered. So, FIRE in the movie theater is probably okay now. ๐
When was the last time you heard someone on the left, let alone the far left, being described in those terms
The left believes that any speech coming out of your mouth that isn’t theirs, is hate speech. Those unavoidable words or phrases that by definition cause them rage, they simply redefine as something else.
It’s clear the rodents are out of these to say instead of admitting the truth. They r evil people that can’t distinguish right fr wrong and think anything but there position is hate speak.
What the left calls hate speech is not hate speech. To them, saying there are only two sexes is hate speech and anyone who utters such an atrocity wants to murder all fags.
Exemplifying the left, their gripes are based on falsehoods.
Like when someone calls in the police to SWAT someone, holding such people accountable for their falsehood is not hypocrisy but justice.
You forget the BARF ALERT warning ๐คฎ๐คฌ๐คฌ The Daily Worker, the newspapers that the commies handed out at my old alma mater were more credible than this rag
Because according to them and the ADL, the magas do like 96% of hate speech and destructive activity. ๐๐ณ
Hahahaha
Actually yelling anything at all in a crowded theater can be illegal. Itโs called disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
