The fragile peace between the not-so-dynamic duo of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris reached its inevitable, undignified end this week.
In a preview of her new presidential campaign memoir, “What Happen-” — er, “107 Days” — the former veep threw her onetime boss under the bus in no uncertain terms.
Recalling the intra-party panic during the final months of Biden’s reelection campaign last year, Harris wrote, “‘It’s Joe and Jill’s decision.’ We all said that, like a mantra, as if we’d all been hypnotized.” “In retrospect, I think it was recklessness,” she concluded. “The stakes were simply too high. This wasn’t a choice that should have been left to an individual’s ego, an individual’s ambition.”

If Joe Biden wasn't fit to run for president, it was her job, more than anyone else in the world to do something about it.
Jill Biden isn't an elected official. She is the VP, the person who by law is supposed to take over for the president if something happens.
Politicians always want to say how courageous they are. She is basically admitting she was a craven coward, who refused to protect the country she promised to protect?

All they had to do was to select someone who was competent enough to replace Joe Biden and inspire people to vote for him but they couldn't do that due to "identity politics".
If he was president, we'd be speaking Russian today! (Of course, some Freepers would prefer that.)

If she were ANY KIND of leader, and we all know she is NO KIND of leader, it was her position and authority under the 25th Amendment to call the cabinet members and convince them to invoke that clause of the constitution and remove Joe Biden from the Presidency. Sure he could have challenged that as proscribed in the legislation but a real leader would have easily been able to prevent Joe from retaining power. Had she done that, had she shown her true leadership and had become President it would have been a lot harder for Trump to win the election of 2024. No democrat I can recall stated the obvious.... Biden did not have the mental capacity to serve as President (from 2021 onward). For that reason and so many other reasons, no democrat should ever be in a position of authority.
