It doesn’t show any footage of Charlie. The guy was above and behind to the left of the tent and was at the wrong angle, but he did get footage of the crowd panicking.

It does NOT show Charlie getting hit. Filming on an upper level, you hear the shots and then the chaos that ensues. There is no blood in this vid, by the time the cameraman gets down to the canopy, Charlie has been removed. The cameraman is looking for his son.
