Furious witnesses to the shooting of Charlie Kirk screamed and hurled abuse at the suspected shooter as he was dragged away by police.
'How dare you, you f***ing monster!' one yelled as the suspect, an elderly man who has not been identified, was walked away with his trousers down.
Witness Justin Hickens told NBC News that he saw Kirk shot in the neck, and then saw 'a bunch of blood come out of Charlie.'
'I saw his body kind of kick back and go limp, and everybody dropped to the ground,' he said.
'I kind of turned around and all of a sudden I saw officers walking with this very elderly gentleman with white hair,' Hickens said.
'They had him arrested, they had him on his knees and he was screaming about his rights and all that stuff. They cuffed him and put him away.'
UVU officials said said the shot was fired from the top of the Losee Center, about 200 yards away from where Kirk was sitting.
Officials said that Kirk has been left in 'critical condition', and a source familiar with Kirk's condition told Daily Mail that 'doctors are still working on him' after the conservative influencer was raced to hospital.

It seemed obvious to me.
The media said it was from a rooftop 200 yards away and they listed the building top in the report.
Which outlet is reporting a pistol shot from the crowd.
API,CNN,FOX all saying rooftop and the old white guy is’m not the shooter who is still at large.

Hopefully we will find the facts out soon. They are now saying he wasn't the shooter. This crap always bugs me, because it's so common. So many sources coming up with different reports. You can't believe any of them until the true facts come out, and even then, facts are blurred.

Fox News reported quite a while before Charlie Kirk passed that the shot came from a building 200 yards away. I don't know where they got their info from.
Really it was just an observation. I don’t pretend to have many solutions, except to arm ourselves and keep our heads aon a swivel.
Turns out he was the wrong person arrested and they had to let him go.

Antifa/Trantifa created a diversion so the attention was on the wrong man and allowed the shooter to get away.
