Yes as I saw all this as it was breaking on the news today with Jason Chaffetz on Fox News who was also there with his family.
This, according to Jason was a single shot to kill Charlie.

My tolerance is gone. This was the last straw. Jane, God help me but I hate these people, and that is not what God commands. I’m not advocating, nor do I want violence. I want these monsters defeated and ground into dust under our boot heels. VOTE! VOTE! VOTE!!!!!

Like all of you, I am utterly stunned and heartbroken and sick to my soul today. It is unimaginable to write these words. I met Charlie Kirk when he was 18 years old, a young man so eager and determined that I immediately turned to a friend and said, “That kid is going to be the head of the RNC one day.” Charlie became even bigger and more important than that. It was a privilege to watch this principled man stand up for his beliefs and create the single most important conservative political organization in America. But more importantly, Charlie was a good man, a man who believed in right and wrong, who stood by his Biblical values. All of us will miss him, and I can’t imagine the pain of his beautiful young family, and we must all pray for them. And we must pick up the baton where Charlie left it, fighting for the things he believed in so passionately. And we must fight for a better America - an America where good people can speak truth and debate passionately without fear of a bullet. I weep for Charlie’s family, and I weep for my country today. Most of all, I weep for Charlie.

We are so in unity in so many ways not only on here but as we live our lives. We are a special group of people when tragedy hits us, we find out how much more we as a family say this in ernest because we live it within our own loved ones as we do here.

Charlie Kirk went to college campuses because he saw the rampant, leftist indoctrination that was corrupting countless young minds, and he wanted young Americans to have a conservative alternative to what was being shoved down their throats by elitist, anti-American academics.
His popularity soared among the younger generations because he spoke of truth, affirmed objective reality and the existence of both good and evil, celebrated his Faith, defended the critical importance our Constitution, and proclaimed boldly the glory of American exceptionalism.
The Left hated him for this unwavering, patriotic love for America, which he rightly proclaimed was the greatest nation ever birthed in the history of humankind.
We must carry on his mission to stop the grotesque indoctrination in our universities.
No conservative should let this tragedy move them to shy away from fighting as hard as their God given abilities permit in battle for the hearts, minds, and souls of the next generation.
In fact, this should serve as both a heartbreaking and infuriating call to redouble our commitment to protecting the liberties that countless heroes have paid the ultimate price for in generations gone by. Charlie Kirk is now counted among their ranks.
We will not back away from this fight... not just with universities in Texas, but we must end all taxpayer funded liberal indoctrination in every university across America...
