California is free to fund this project from savings accrued from within their well managed budget. Or perhaps funded by a modest corporate tax from all the many many business flooding into the business friendly State. (Yeah, that was sarcasm).

Good start, hope he cuts more.
Why would anyone be against hiring the most qualified person for any job? If an LBGTQ+ person is the most qualified, they should be hired. If not, they shouldn’t be hired. Lowering the bar for a public service job seems to be the wrong direction to pursue.
Trump administration is spot on language on gender, environment or abortion issues have nothing to do with airport control tower.
Another case of California trying to milk the system for it’s agenda programs as always.
