Bondi and the DOJ should expect to be sued by Ms Comey. It’s just the nature of DC politics.
While you are correct…those firings were of THE US Attorneys a Presidentially Appointed position. It is far less common to can the line Assistant United States Attorneys like Comey.
If the Epstein scandal drags on long enough, we might see a lot of good work get done.
