First, whoever heard of a blackmail operation were the alleged blackmailer would be cutting his own throat by exposing any of his targets? Normally, a blackmailer exposes, or threatens to expose, some negative fact about his target that would ruin the target's life, but leave the blackmailer unscathed.
But here, Epstein would have to expose his own role as ringleader and primary abuser of young women in order to incriminate his targets, and ruin lljghis own life to a much greater degree. What's he going to do, tell someone, "f you don't do what I say, I'm going to expose that I've been trafficking young girls, making videos of myself having sex with them, and that you had sex with one too!"
That would be the dumbest blackmail operation ever devised. Because in case you missed it, the one whose life was most ruined was Epstein's.
On top of that, what idiot would devise a blackmail operation using ordinary civilian girls who are returned to regular life, free to blab to anyone who will listen about what happened to them, where exposure was inevitable? A professional intelligence organization would use its own agents, or paid prostitutes.

That Epstein at first glance looks like he might have been run by the Mossad is the first clue that it was not the Mossad but someone else.

Of course he didn’t “work” for Mossad. He would never “work” for any intelligence agency.. nobody “works” for them. That’s what the entire concept of plausible deniability is based on.
It’s just mutually agreed upon goals with like minded individuals benefiting from common beliefs and financially supported by other like minded, uncontrolled funds from non-owned or related financial institutions or individuals.
