Is there a source for the statement?
They are not saying that Epstein never worked for Israel. They are never saying that the ex-prime minister of Israel didn’t sleep in Epstein’s New York house. They are not saying that they did not fund Ghislaine Maxwell. They have her father buried in a Israeli Military Cemetery with full honors.
I believe Israels current statement is the strongest statement that they could make, while not mentioning all the ways they worked with Epstein.
