A federal judge has written a tentative decision that sides with the anti-American ACLU’s plaintiffs and will block Trump’s Department of Homeland Security agents from raiding Home Depots, car washes and other places in the Los Angeles area (7 counties in the Central District of California) unless they have reasonable suspicion that there is a violation of immigration laws.
According to Fox News, US District Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, a Biden appointee, has written a tentative decision and it is still subject to change.
The judge wrote her tentative ruling as leftists attack ICE agents during an immigration raid at a cannabis farm in Camarillo, California.

I am not tired of winning, but I am worn out with the submitting to judges. It is long past the time to tell them to go to hell.

That’s just it. I’m not a lawyer, and I haven’t read the actual decision, but from what was posted online, this sounds like a lot of bluster. The Democrats will claim that Trump was rebuked, but the actual effect means nothing.
Is BS. Doesn’t defy SCOTUS. Per the article, this order would apply in the Southern District of California. ICE could do those in northern or eastern Districts (we don’t have a western district)
There are so many reasons that a judge can’t legally do this. He’d best just leave the ruling as “tentative” and never actually sign or file the thing with the clerk.

Well this one at least limited his decision to his court’s jurisdiction. Now here’s the situation. Does the ACLU file similar motions in friendly districts around the country? And if they do can the Trump DoJ then look to create a case claiming collusion between the ACLU and the judges who ruled in the cases.
