In March, in a coordinated effort by the U.S. Marshal Service (USMS) Southeast Regional Task Force (SERFTF), USMS Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Chicago Police Department, Venezuelan illegal migrant and Tren de Arugua member Ricardo Gonzales Leon, age 32, was arrested at a residence in Cobb County, Georgia.
According to the US Marshals, Ricardo Gonzales chose to enter the country illegally.
Alleged killers Gonzalez Leon (left) and Gabriel Romero Gonzales and Gabriel Edison Romero are accused of kidnapping and killing two women and attempting to murder a third woman in execution-style murders in Chicago, Illinois in January.
In January, Gonzalez is accused of kidnapping three female victims and taking them to an alley in Chicago, IL, where they were all shot in the head. Two victims were pronounced deceased on the scene and the surviving victim was able to escape and call 911. Gonzalez is known to be a high-ranking member of the Venezuelan street gang “Tren De Aragua.”
Gonzales then fled to Georgia where he was later arrested in March 2025.

According to CWB Chicago – Gabriel Edison Romero, 29, is facing two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted first-degree murder, three counts of aggravated armed kidnapping, and three counts of aggravated unlawful restraint. Another man, 31-year-old Ricardo Gonzalez Leon—also a Venezuelan migrant—was charged in May with kidnapping and unlawful restraint for his alleged role in the crime.

This could be Racist. In their culture kidnapping, execution-style murders are acceptable forms of religious expression. Getting the jury to believe that is the challenge for the defense. As crazy as the left is, it could succeed. (OJ)

I laugh at you. Trump’s word will never be taken as gospel and the truth. The openness and flat out mistruths. Why did someone in the administration not leak seeds that there was a problem. Instead, we get a pompous lecture from someone who has deliberately misled his core constituents.
This individual will die of old age before he will ever be executed.

That is because there is no history Trump enforcing punishing convicts and exercising his executive and judicial powers.
We may disagree, a man with no record using the death penalty has all the power.
What power does a president have to sentence someone to death for a crime? The answer is the president does not have that power at all.
Murder is a state charge and Illinois has no death penalty.
At some point the message must be sent that if you come here illegally you are going to be dealt with in a way that able make you wish you had just stayed home.
