A pregnant physician who was denied a Covid-19 vaccine is suing the Trump administration alongside a group of leading doctors associations, charging that the administration sought to “desensitize the public to anti-vaccine and anti-science rhetoric”, according to their attorney.
The lawsuit specifically takes aim at health secretary Robert F Kennedy’s unilateral decision to recommend against Covid-19 vaccines for pregnant women and healthy children.
Kennedy’s announcement circumvented expert scientific review panels and flouted studies showing pregnant women are at heightened risk from the virus, and made it more difficult for some to get the vaccine.
“This administration is an existential threat to vaccination in America, and those in charge are only just getting started,” said Richard H Hughes IV, partner at Epstein Becker Green and lead counsel for the plaintiffs in a statement.
The American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Physicians and American Public Health Association are among a list of leading physicians associations named as plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
“If left unchecked, secretary Kennedy will accomplish his goal of ridding the United States of vaccines, which would unleash a wave of preventable harm on our nation’s children,” said Hughes. “The professional associations for pediatricians, internal medicine physicians, infectious disease physicians, high-risk pregnancy physicians, and public health professionals will not stand idly by as our system of prevention is dismantled. This ends now.”
In late May, Kennedy announced that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) would no longer recommend Covid-19 vaccines for healthy children or pregnant women. The announcement, made on social media, contradicted a raft of evidence showing pregnant women and infants are at especially high-risk from the disease, including from the administration’s own scientific leaders.

That said, I do think the vax FDA approval needs to be revoked as it is not a true vaccine under the rules before Covid.
Someone posted an article yesterday that said she didn’t try to get the clot shot.
Humm.. When my grandkids went to get a sports physical last year, the Pediatrician asked if they had the COVID shot. When asked why he told the parents if they had the shot he wanted to perform an EKG to ensure there were no cardiovascular concerns - 8 and 10 years old children.
The Covid-19 vaccine is NOT a real vaccine. It does NOT inoculate you from getting COVID, in the slightest. It also does NOTHING to lessen the symptoms once you do get it.
There are NO “PRO’s” in getting it, only “CON’s”.
Why risk getting the COVID vaccine which can lead to blood clots and heart attacks.
Dr. Naomi Wolf performed a peered reviewed study on this risky “vaccine”. She lays out all the evidence.
And Dr. Robert Malone also warns against taking it.
The Administration doesn’t recommend the vaccine for the pregnant. Recommendations and MANDATES are completely different. She could still get vaccinated, and as a Physician she knows that.
She is just trying to make a political statement, not a medical one, and blame somebody else for the ‘outcome’ if not acceptable (legal) and get 15 minutes of fame. Disgusting.

That statement highlights why I'm so critical of rfk jr, because that SHOULD have been his first act upon taking the reigns of HHS.
The suit is stupid, a pathetic attempt by covidiots to seek relevance and yet another demonstration of the breadth of 'the true pandemic.'

Why the squawking from the ‘my body, my right abortion crowd’?
RFK only issued a recommendation, not a prohibition.
I suspect these outraged folks are worried that the government mandate power is being reduced.
She should have her medical license revoked. The Covid shots are not vaccines. They literally changed the definition of the word vaccine, to make the Covid shots fit into it.
The title makes it seem like she went to get vaxinated and they told her NO, like it was now against the law for pregnant women.
Who put them up to it?
Who, specifically, “denied” her? As though she went to CVS, asked for the not-vax and the tech there said no way??
Follow the money. Big Pharma thrives on vaccines.
The woman could have gotten jabbed at Kroger.

If your standard is complete prevention of a disease, then there are no vaccines. Every vaccine has breakthrough infections.
There is not a doctor in this country that if wanted to get some kind of medication or injection couldn’t get it. There are all kinds of access to meds that a doctor has that the general public doesn’t.
TDS on display...what a pos.

BINGO!
So, it's okay to subject the unborn child to a vaccine that was approved on claims that were proven to be false? It was neither safe nor effective, and there is no evidence that it prevented even one person from getting Covid-19. However, there is overwhelming evidence that many people who had been given the vaccine contracted Covid nonetheless. Some even contracted it multiple times.
Sounds to me, like the mother will be a bad mother, who is willing to take chanced with her unborn child, because she believes the "science", when science was never a factor in the Covid vaccines.
I must have missed that part of the article which equated recommendations with control.
When my daughter was born in 2013 I was naive on the required vaccines, I ensured she got whatever was recommended. Later found out she received some too early and had to had them redone to enter kindergarten. I’m now an advocate of having these vaccine requirements be reviewed for necessity.
For example, now that she’s 11 it is recommended she get an HPV, but from what I think I’ve researched it’s more for supposed protection of sexually active teens. I hope I’m raising her with morals so that doesn’t happen.
And there’s the follow on Meningococcal Vaccine, not sure on this but I’m thinking no.
So in this Vax case, I would hope the parent uses due diligence, but it appears this is an activist case being used to muck up the works, probably aimed at getting a judges TRO.
