This winter has been exceptionally horrible, so I certainly understand how you feel. I have been complaining about it for a month, and it’s only the end of February! It has been so unrelenting - snow, rain, freezing rain, ice, wind and brutally cold. And if you see the sun, don’t blink, because it will be gone in a flash.
I don’t go out for fear of slipping as well. I’m getting cabin fever, but trying to stay busy. There’s only so much I can do all day, so napping fills a lot of it.
Yup, my younger one is moving to Arizona. And he’s taking my youngest granddaughter with him. She’s only 3, and they will be taking her away from her entire family. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins.....we’re pretty upset. He hates commie Canada so much. Every time you turn around up here you’re being taxed or fined or you have to get permission to do something on your own property. He wants out.
The oldest granddaughter is 16, but this lovely, kind, sweet, handsome guy who went to their youth group at church took a shine to her and started calling her to chat a couple of years ago. They’ve been talking non-stop ever since. Natalie just allowed them to go on a date for the first time last summer, but they usually just hang out at church or youth group, or he comes over and spends time at their house. He’s a pretty devout young man.....they do Bible studies together. He’s quite smart and is graduating Gr 12 this year. He’s into physics or engineering or something and hopes to get some scholarships. They remind me of Natalie and Matt, as they met and started dating in high school as well.
Where are you living now, Rusty? IIRC you were near Lake Michigan? Have you moved from there? How is your neck doing? Keep that tablet charged!
I can’t see me going to AZ. I’m really not a traveler. Driving or flying. I know he’s going to pressure me, because he’s already started lol. We’ll see. I just have to make it through this winter for now....it’s been brutal.
We’re in southern Ontario, which reaches down quite a bit into America. So basically, Lake Erie to Phoenix. It’s not as far as you think.

Airbnb’s do really well, even here that’s not even a tourist destination, there are lots of them and they are occupied much of the time. I was just telling hubby should buy a rental on the lake. But prices are so high now. And I really don’t need a vacation home that’s 10 minutes away.

I really like the car shops and also Tractor Supply. At both always limited by funds available.
That last part is all shopping. Discretionary spending!

Is it appropriate for a grieving widow to be SELLING “freedom” T-Shirts like the one Charlie was Assasinated in?
Is it appropriate for a grieving widow to have the likeness or maybe the real TENT that Charlie was Assassinated under set up at events so people can pay to have a photographer take pictures of them under it?
I say NO!!! It is not appropriate. I gave Erika the benefit of doubt at first, but when I saw that tent set up at the various events that took place after Charlie was Assasinated, I no longer did.
Erika is a Gold Digger and people should be able to hear and see the truth about her before giveing their hard earned money to TPUSA.
