Yes, the accommodations at the Gator Gates Manor look to be for very short term use. Kind of like a pit stop before boarding the next flight.....have a bite to eat, use the open-air facilites, put on a clean shirt, comb your hair (unless they also shave you bald) and get on your last and final flight out of the country.

CECOT Inn is much tougher, and more permanent. Lots of friends to talk to though, perhaps commiserate on the error of your ways lol.

So sorry for your grandson’s death and your son’s journey has been rough. He’s blessed to have his Mama who cares and prays.
My oldest had a big battle with alcohol also. He lost everything eventually landing in jail. But 8 years ago gave his life to Jesus and slowly has made full recovery.
I will add you and your son to my prayer list.
I can no longer take any infusions as I’m so highly allergic to anything they give me.
I hope they pass the 1BBB Today. It needs to be done. It’s not like they can’t try to do more with another bill. These guys act like things are one and done, which we know is not true

Perfect! I thought it was Thursday, so I feel like I’ve been given an extra day!

That reminds me of when I was 57 years old. Lol whenever I thought about my age for some reason, I would think, “Comin’ up for 58!” So, by the time my 58th came around, I was so used to thinking 58 for so long that I decided I just turned 59. I had to stop and do the math to confirm I was only 58 lol - I felt like I got a whole extra year!

I know that is what some of the parents want, but it would be years and years of appeals and the families would have to go through all of it again and again.

Also the cost of going through all that versus just life in prison is so much more.
