The fire aid concert raised over a $100 Million, but where did all the money go?
Jimmy Dore went to the the Annenberg Foundation who are in charge of the funds, to find out more.
After repeated emails, phone calls, etc with no replies, they eventually heard from Barbara Chen of Annenberg.
Turns out most of the money went into the pockets of NGO’s, etc with just 30% going to the actual victims of the fire.

I have heard so many bad things about the Annenberg Foundation over the years along the same lines. The money filters through a massive bureaucracy and an incredibly small percentage goes to the actual intended recipients. These fundraisers should be renamed “Fundraiser for the Annenberg Foundation Staff.”

NGOs have names and public registrations, you know.
Democrats use “NGOs” to implement radical policies to “transform” and destroy American culture without congressional oversight. They are generously taxpayer funded by Democratic administrations. The classic example is the NGO settlement of tens of thousands of Somalis in Minnesota to change that state poltitically and culturally for the forseeable future. Hopefully the Trump administration will put a stop to the nonsense.
Money just went to more “washing machines” who all took their cut and passed it along. You know, wash, rinse, repeat……. There never was a plan to help those who suffered the disaster, only a reason to use the disaster for a cause to pry money out of the naïve. Notice that donations to NGOs are tax deductible, but giving money directly to those affected is not!
