At the current rate only a fraction of the invaders are removed. Get the worst out first.
TACO isn’t just for Tuesday.
I’d like to see “aiding and abetting” viewed broadly enough so that anyone who speaks out and disagrees with the deportation policy can be found guilty and punished. Politicians, Media, people marching in the street — you oppose mass deportation? That’s 30 days in jail for you and a big fine. Remove all domestic opposition. Deport 30 million illegals.
We voted to stop so-called legal immigration as well. Our kids can’t find work, so Trump’s solution is tramp steamers filled with H1B & OPT workers.
Make India & The CCP great again.
I was loyal supperter of George Bush until I realized that he had no intention of safeguarding the USA from invasion and upholding US law. I now realize that he was a failure and one of America’s worst Presidets.
So that's why there isn't agreement on what "we" voted for.
Kurt is on fire!!!
Good to see him back.
So just toss the First Amendment?
Thing is, if the Democrats had been able to do that on their end, Trump would never have been able to get elected because he couldn't have run on an anti-illegal immigration platform.
Gotta let people disagree publicly as long as it is truly peaceful.
What is really needed is a Constitutional Amendment, but that would require some compromises to get enacted, and there probably isn't a version that would get support from enough states anyway.
the writing on the wall for me is we are now approaching 5 months and not a single person has been indicted of fraud out of ALL the billions known to be stolen...
We are better off no doubt. but when we are out of power, its aaalllllll gonna go back to what it was because everyone will know they can get away with it.
Great read!
I’m not happy about this, either. The best spin I can put on this is Trump is dividing the opposition. By saying that “useful” illegals can stay, he’s calming folks who think the country needs those illegals.
And if Trump later on deports the “usefuls”, then well done, Mr. President!
But if those illegals stay, then it’s an important promise broken. Not so well done, Mr. President.
He's doing what he promised. He can pick and choose and in reality...that's the only way it can be done. It's not like he can say..."Ok...if you're an illegal...please report to your local own hall."
I'd like to see the First Amendment and the Second Amendment treated exactly the same --
Option 1) Eliminate every gun control law at every level. No infringement. At all. The Constitution demands it. And, of course, keep Speech free in accordance with the First Amendment.
Option 2) Start infringing political speech. If protesters get in the way of policy, shut them down. Tax them. Require that they get special permits and licenses in order to spew their incorrect ideas. And, of course, live with the gun control laws that we've been stuck with for about a century.
Infringe? Don't infringe? I'll settle for being consistent.
Only a real uproar from the base will overcome the malign influence of Brooke Rollins on this.
Good article by Kurt, I totally agree with him.
To make any exceptions to ‘Here illegally’ would involve a never ending process of who’s bad and who’s not which dims would prefer.
EVERY SINGLE ILLEGAL is a criteria we can get behind and get done.
ummmm,,,, didn’t we already do that, with covid, and with gender politics, and with everything else the lefties insist we sign on to?
Been wanting our immigration laws aggressively enforced for over 40 years. Overjoyed to see it finally happening!
Self deportation is how it gets done and motivating that is accomplished by convincing illegal aliens they are much better off self deporting than being deported by the government.
Aggressively going after ALL illegal aliens is critical to that end.
