Brevard County, Florida, Sheriff Wayne Ivey warned any left-wing rioters on Thursday that they will end up “graveyard dead” if they assault any law enforcement officers.
“No Kings” protests are set to take place across the U.S. on Saturday to oppose President Donald Trump, causing worry among law enforcement about potential violence. Ahead of the protests, Ivey stated that Brevard County will not tolerate any such behavior that hurts law enforcement or causes any destruction.
“I’m gonna break it down for you, alright, and if somebody wants to know what I mean by turn violent,” Ivey said. “This is what I mean. If you resist lawful orders, you’re going to jail. Let me be very clear about that. If you block an intersection or a roadway in Brevard County, you are going to jail. If you flee arrest, you’re gonna go to jail tired because we are going to run you down and put you in jail. If you try to mob rule a car in Brevard County, gathering around it, refusing to let the driver leave in our county, you’re gonna get run over and dragged across the street.”

Didn’t see it posted but if it was, good! Hope our current sheriff’s office is of the same mind set, but not looking like it.
Lucky you.
While the police chief in Los Angeles - the hapless political hack Jim McDonnell - cowers under his desk.
It took two hours - despite numerous frantic calls - for the LAPD to show up when the “mostly peaceful” riots started up - by then the rioters were fired up and throwing concrete chucks at police and police cars from the freeway overpasses.
That’s MY sheriff!
This is called law and order.
Rules of engagement must be public, ‘cause even the stoopid (although not evil) can learn:
Throwing crappola is dangerous. A rock can kill. Throw a rock, that is attempted murder — get shot. Light a Molotov, get shot.
Shy of physical violence, yah just get arrested if you violate a law.
The Gunshine State is not the place to visit with ill-intent.
The sheriff is the only true constitutional and common law form of policing. Our cities and states do not need their own police who are usually only accountable to an unelected police chief who reports to an unelected city manager.
The sheriff is duly elected. He regularly stands for election and must answers to voters for his and his deputies actions.
Where I live it is well known that the deputies “take care of business” when needed. But unless they are needed they pretty well ignore us. They will take a stupid kid home instead of arresting him, husbands trip and fall after hitting their wives. Of course that’s what we vote for.
He warned them.
Heard protests tomorrow on Merritt Island.
Hope non-violent, don’t want to see the newbies from California end up testing our sheriffs department.
Well, we aren’t there any longer.
Many counties in Florida have put out the same message. We don’t play in Florida. You can protest, but it better be civil or you’re dead. Bottom line.
Merritt Square parking lot? LOL! We know there are libs in Brevard so they better behave. We even know some of them. Maybe a thunderstorm or two? We dealt with some BCSO folks when we lived there. In a good way. No trifling with them. Have a good weekend.
Don’t even think about it in Martin County. The MCSO’s tagline is: #wrongexit
MOST REPORTS CLAIM BASS TOLD THEM TO STAND DOWN.
IF I WERE LAPD CHIEF:
EITHER I WOULD HAVE IGNORED HER -—
OR I WOULD HAVE GONE ON LIVE TV TO RESIGN & TELL THE WORLD WHY.
On Friday, Basshole ordered the LAPD to stand down. However, the Optics were not very good for our Castro-loving mayor and on Saturday, whaddya know, the LAPD was force marching the rioters off the 101 Highway through the middle of DTLA with flashbangs, teargas, rubber bullets, horses and well-placed baton strikes. Notice how the crap let up on Sunday.
I love this guy!
Locked and loaded. Newport, Wa is only 4 miles away from here. BTW, did you all know that “No Kings,” is an old Bolshevik slogan?
