China very much wants to promote WEF/Davos style globalism - because it binds the West and the United States, while they themselves will never allow the slightest foreign influence within their own political system and society.
When a state speaks in terms of oxymorons - particularly given the obvious - it qualifies DJT's actions.
A small price to pay to sow chaos in the world economy from the viewpoint of the Chinese Communist Party. Remember that they butchered between 80 and 110 million of their own people to establish Communism under Mao.

Seems like WHO is more aligned with China’s goals, just like the rest of the UN, than the US is. Hopefully Pres. Trump will start encouraging the UN to abandon New York and move to anywhere in Europe.
