The explosive (Solid Rocket Fuel) was in Shipping containers. They initially started at 3 or 4 sites. Appears the 2nd wave has reignited the process.
Some say it is Ammonium Nitrate, I suspect it is something slightly different.

I am not disputing the source…just saying that Iran is one of those place where stuff shows up on X almost immediately. If stuff was going on all over the place, there would be some indication.
