““My client is very remorseful for his actions”...and sobbed all the way to his diversion program.
Hard penalties should be meted out to Domestic Terrorists. Not mamby-pamby slaps on the wrist.

“My client is very remorseful for his actions, and is beginning the process of making sure the victims are made whole financially,” said Adams’ attorney Robert Paule, in an email. Sure he is.

If MN does not severely punish crime they will get more of it.

The victims should all take out civil suits against the perp.

If you truly believe in what you’re doing, if you know in your heart that Elon and his Teslas are evil and must be oppressed then diversion will be utterly useless and a waste of time. Wouldn’t prison be diversionary?

$21,000 in intentional damage to six vehicles is not a low level offense.

He’s remorseful that he was caught.

This is a typical “end of story” and a major reason such abhorrent behavior has increased dramatically in recent years. Whatever happened to heavy fines and lengthy prison sentences?
I wonder if it has anything to do with racial or gender issues, DEI, etc.?

Civil verdicts to take all that is worth anything, including any wages.
