Two Microsoft employees were fired for protests condemning the company’s support for Israel at a 50th anniversary event last week.
Microsoft AI CEO Mustafa Suleyman was interrupted by shouts from software engineer Ibtihal Aboussad during his speech at the Friday celebration while Vaniya Agrawal, another engineer, interjected during a question-and-answer session with Microsoft founder Bill Gates, CEO Satya Nadella and former CEO Steve Ballmer.
Earlier this year, the Associated Press reported that the company’s commercial artificial intelligence (AI) is being used by the Israel Defense Force in Gaza.
“How dare you celebrate when Microsoft is killing children,” Aboussad yelled as she approached Suleyman on stage.
She was quickly escorted out of the space by event staff and was later terminated according to the group No Azure for Apartheid, which consists of past and present Microsoft employees.
The company did not immediately respond to The Hill’s request for comment on the matter.

To Microsoft, you hire terrorist supporters and they are likely to create havoc at your company
Just appeal to Judge Boasberg. DEMAND your job back.
Well, with the creepy gropin’ pedo slowjoe & odoofus the illegal islamic administrations anti-Israel with Bill Gates & Zuckerberg as demoncRATs, it’s not beyond the realm understanding that these two turkeys would hire people sympathetic to terroris. Now they reaped what the sew. Expect multi-million dollar lawsuits to follow.
GOOD!!!
Gates used to come to the Redmond complex on weekends so he could drive around the executive parking lot and see which reserved spots were empty.
Gates and Allen had learned programming together in high school. They would go to office buildings where they had computers and go dumpster diving to look for working examples of code. Dave was larger/stronger so he would boost Bill over the top.
It was Dave Allen who learned that MITS was working on a personal computer and needed someone to write programming language for it. It was he who took an interest in the project and convinced Bill Gates to drop out of Harvard and come work with him at Microsoft on the MITS project.
Absent Dave Allen, the world might never have heard the name, “Bill Gates.”
Allen was diagnosed with Stage 1-A Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 9182. When his cancer treatments resulted in him missing time in the office, Gates and CEO Steve Ballmer looked into issuing stock to themselves in an effort to reduce Allen’s ownership in the company because Allen no longer was pulling his weight.
The moral of this story is, Bill Gates is an evil toadie, and every interaction with his company should be viewed with that reality in mind.
