Friday, during an appearance on FNC’s “The Ingraham Angle,” Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent revealed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had turned down two earlier opportunities to sign a proposed minerals deal with the United States.

According to Bessent, Zelensky was given chances in Kyiv by him once in Munich with Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Friday’s dust-up with President Donald Trump was his third chance.

“[I] know you had a meeting scheduled — an economic meeting scheduled a few weeks back with President Zelensky,” host Laura Ingraham said. “And tell us about his arrival and punctuality or lack thereof and seemed a little sleepy during the events.”

Twice now I heard Ukrain doesn't have rare earth. They have minerals but not rare earth. Rare earth mines are in Russia.

If that's true he'll get caught in a massive fraud/lie. That's why he won't sign a deal...

'I thrice presented him a kingly crown, Which he did thrice refuse: was this ambition?"

Maybe Caesar wanted to be bigger than a mere king.

I had the same thought. We dealt with gypsies when I worked at a fabric store. Had to keep an eye on all of them. They wanted to haggle and came in almost at closing, after the tables had been folded.
