Have all irs employees been forced to work in office yet?

I own a business and for 5 years I’ve had some relatively minor issues with the irs that revolve around 10k dollars or less.

They send me demanding letters where I have only 10-30 days to respond. Then when I do respond it takes 3-12 months for them to reply. And most of their replies state they need more time.

They will not answer phone nor schedule any appointments.

They are unwilling and unable to do their jobs. Fire every last mfr that works there! Let’s eliminate fed income taxes and simply go to a national sales tax and tariffs. Simplify!

An excellent plan that I totally agree with!

And, in fact, a plan that the left really should agree with given that in reality, everyone pays what they can pay.

Those who are rich are going to pay more, because they are buying more, and also, more expensive items.
And the poor will be paying less because they are buying less items and less expensive items.

Its fair all around.

That's not my experience. When you call in, leave your phone number and they'll call you back. It may take an hour or two, but they do call.
