well actually the MI guy doesn’t give a coherent explanation why Musk’s job is “unconstitutional”
or illegal.
and there is provision for presidents to sequester, not spend funds
s.he or their attorney will need to come up with a clearer legal analyis or theory if they expect to get anywhere with it
now then, there COULD be (I haven’t enough info to determine) ... there could be some problems with how the results of Musk’s reviews are implemented (like, any applicable civil service laws or?)
