A New Jersey Mayor has shared new footage of 'glowing orbs transforming into drones' over Long Island, adding more intrigue to this ongoing mystery.
Michael Melham, the Mayor of Belleville, has been outspoken about the unexplained phenomena plaguing his state and the greater tri-state area since mid-November when the drones first appeared.
He shared the bizarre footage on X, saying the clips 'appears to show glowing orbs turning into drones. Verified not to be planes via flight tracker. They hover. Glow. Then move.'
In a recent interview with NewsNation, Melham said he is still getting reports of drone sightings 'all over New Jersey, and even Long Island.'
'Here in New Jersey, we are about 500 mayors strong, we are still waiting for answers because our residents are still gravely concerned over what's flying just over our homes,' he said.
In one of the videos, which appeared to have been shot with an infrared camera, a large ball of light can be seen slowly changing shape into what looks like a fixed-wing aircraft.
Another shows a bright white orb over the North Shore of Long Island, where the videographer told Melham that hundreds of drones can be seen nightly. This orb also gradually morphs into what appears to be a fixed-wing aircraft.
Melham emphasized the need for answers and expressed hope that President Donald Trump will shed light on the matter. Trump said Monday that he will 'tell the people' the truth about the drones.

That's a powerful (blinding-white) spot light normally afixed to the belly of helicopters for, say Search and Rescue operations.
Could be.
To me it looked landing lights seen from head on in a somewhat hazy sky and it was revealed as a plane once it banked to port.
There are probably some videographers on FR that can shed some light on it.
It’s a UFO, dammit. If you stare at it long enough, you can see little gray legs and feet dangling from it.;-)

Landing lights.
That effect is created by the camera zooming in. I took video of aircraft that appeared to be drones. On the cell phone camera, the aircraft only appeared to change into glowing orbs when I zoomed in, just like that video shows. Zooming out again, the aircraft were clear again on the cell phone camera.
It’s a plane with landing lights heading towards the person with the camera. As it makes a 45 degree turn, you can then see the shape of the aircraft as well as the beacon light flashing on top.

Unfocused . . . to focus . . . reveals aircraft.
Exactly what I was thinking! It looked very similar to an out of focus star in a telescope slowly being brought into focus. Even the terrain looked a little out of focus at first.
Any object out of focus would look like that until it’s been brought into focus. When I was a kid I used to get a magazine- Flying Saucers-UFO Report.. I finally realized that the “UFOs” were nothing more than out-of-focus street lights.

An ignorant statement. All it indicates is “flight tracker” does not have the object listed as a known aircraft.
You cannot prove something is not an aircraft because it is not on a list.
Probably the clearest proof of proton beam research connected with drones. It’s why Trump still hasn’t said anything about this.
