In something of a stunning development, China appears to already be flying a stealthy, high-performance sixth-generation crewed combat aircraft, imagery of which began to emerge today. At this early stage, we have very little idea about the precise identity of the new aircraft, but many elements of its design are very much in line with what we already knew about Chinese sixth-generation airpower aspirations.
Video and photos that began to circulate today on social media show the previously unseen aircraft conducting a daytime test flight, alongside a two-seat Chengdu J-20S fighter, serving as a chase plane. The locations and the dates of the various imagery cannot be verified at this stage, although the presence of the J-20 suggests that the Chengdu Aircraft Corporation (CAC) factory airfield is a likely candidate.

So, did we have a clue?
Those hard points under the wing don’t look particularly stealthy
Signed, the Chinese communists.
“So, did we have a clue?”
Probably not as the Neocons running the government is far too OBSESSED with Russia. But in another 3.5 weeks, things may FINALLY change so that our priorities make some sense.
Those don’t look like hardpoints to me. Possibly they are deliberate airflow disruptors of some kind, but they could be made out of radar absorbent materials and therefore not matter since they clearly aren’t intended to carry weapons.
Oh, wait.
Side note: Don't you dare deny a security clearance to someone born in China, or someone who has close contact with Chinese nationals. That would be racist.
I knew I should have learned Mandarin
Any suggestions for quickly learning Mandarin?
Regardless of what type of aircraft this is, or what its stealth capabilities actually are, there is one thing I am certain of: American purchases of anything and everything Chinese helped fund this aircraft’s development and production.
It’s like a convict willingly building the gallows that will hang him.
“Thanks, free traitors, for funding our military buildup and technology.”
I don’t see too many folks here openly admitting to being free traitors. Funny how that works.

10% for the Big Guy.
Well this is interesting, it takes an O-5 to write a piece like this.
“Free Trade” wasn’t the problem. The problem was Bill Clinton transferring highly sensitive technology oversight from the Military to the Commerce Dept, under the watchful eye of that known patriot, Eric Holder...
...who immediately transferred it to the Chinese in exchange for...
...illegal Clinton campaign cash donations.
There are thousands of Chinese here who are now U.S. citizens who are actively spying for China, let alone Chinese nationals.
In a fighter jet air-combat between stealth planes, which one wins if they can’t see each other? ;)
Unreal.
Monty Python would have rejected this as too absurd.
The Chinese exaggerate about the range of their fighter jets , they get less than half the range they say
Stuns? The J-20 has been knows about for years.
