Robert F. Kennedy Jr. indicated over the weekend that he would fire 600 employees at the National Institutes of Health, replacing them with a new cohort of workers as he seeks to dramatically reshape America's health agencies.
Speaking at the Genius Network Annual Event in Scottsdale, Arizona, Kennedy described his role vetting people for Donald Trump's new administration.
"We need to act fast, and we want to have those people in place on Jan. 20, so that on Jan. 21, 600 people are going to walk into offices at NIH and 600 people are going to leave," Kennedy said, according to a video of his remarks posted on YouTube.

GREEAT!
I’m liking RFK Jr. more and more! This is a good start.
Ok, but 600 out and 300 in sounds even better. Why not a 50% force reduction?
Good, The GOP used to be for smaller government, almost hard to believe now that Government is out of control. Cut these agencies in half.
Let’s be sure the prop open the door at the agency so those departing dont have the indignity of having the door hit them in the ass on the way out
Try zero based budgeting instead. "What exactly is it that you do here that helps the country?"
NIH? Now, THERE’S a swamp for ya!
I’ll work for free.
Bloated with contractors too.
Good and good riddance to all the wokies.
RFKj - and Trump - are all for removing fluoride from the water supply - fluoride that never should have been added in the first place. Those who wish to add fluoride to their OWN drinking water can do so if they wish, the rest of us should not be subjected to it, especially children.
Trump has said he will deal with this in January right after the inauguration - I hope on the first day.
“On January 20, the Trump White House will advise all U.S. water systems to remove fluoride from public water,” Kennedy posted on X. “Fluoride is an industrial waste associated with arthritis, bone fractures, bone cancer, IQ loss, neurodevelopmental disorders, and thyroid disease,” he claimed, adding that former President Trump and first lady Melania Trump “want to Make America Healthy Again.”
"Why not a 50% force reduction?"
I'd rather see 100% elimination frankly. The NIH has never really been about improving public health, IMO. It's always been about increasing government power and little else.
Very.
WINNING!
I hope Trump appoints Rudy Guiliani to a position, personally I would like to see him as attorney general. Rudy took a massive bullet for Trump that has destroyed Rudy financially and he’s ignored.
It’s apparently OK for Hillary, Schiff, Pelosi to push a Russia collusion hoax financially destroying people with legal fees, locking innocent people up, harming a sitting Presidents ability to do his job 100%, harming our foreign relations, dividing the nation, but Rudy questioning why 2 poll workers were pulling out a box of ballots from under a table after everyone was chased out and he is liable for $148 million? What the hell is that?
“I’m liking RFK Jr. more and more! This is a good start.”
RFKJR is for more regulations incrasing federal staffing and red tape.
He is also a blowhard ambulamce chaser.
Rudy has about as much chance of getting confirmed for AG as the Cowboys have of winning the Super Bowl.
Big time.
So that's how they manufacture DEMOCRATS!................
