Pundits and commentators online were not all pleased with the CBS News moderators' performance during Tuesday night's vice presidential debate.
The most jarring moment came when Margaret Brennan fact-checked Republican VP nominee, Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance over comments he made about Haitian migrants.
That led to a back-and-forth that ended with Brennan and Norah O'Donnell cutting off the candidates' mics.

Rather have Vance mansplainin’ instead of Walz cucksplainin’.
These 2 shameless losers (i.e., “moderators”) didn’t “fact check” anyone. They gave their biased opinions and cheated on their rules. What pathetic subhuman losers. One can only hope for the good of humanity that they have no children through which they will perpetuate their obviously seriously damaged DNA.
The news media people are doing evil. This is not “the news media” in abstract, it is the people doing it. They have free will and are using it in this manner.
They need to go back to the committee on presidential debates and change the rules.

At the very least, that.
Even better, republicans need to grow some.
Agreeing put yourself on an unfair playing field, in a hostile environment, in an event that is supposed to be informative and impartial, is just plain pusillanimous
Typical of women with their fangs out. When cornered they shut off discussion.
I turned it off after hearing their first snarky commestion (comment with a question loaded in there somewhere for good measure)
A real debate would not have any moderators only a time keeper. Let the candidates take the conversation where they want.
Margaret Brennan epitomizes the unhappy nasty scowling leftist. NorDUH is so bad they fired/demoted her
Of course, I can't figure out why the GOP doesn't demand just that. Moderators are typically TV news readers with overinflated egos foolishly believing they should be a part of the debate and select their own biased questions. No need for questions or moderators. Timekeeper and use the top 10 polled issues that Americans feel are important.
I prefer "putting the girls straight" ... or something similar ... along the lines that Andrew Dice Clay would likely say to those two gals ... you know:
"Why doesn't a woman need a watch?
"'Cause there's a clock on the effin' stove!"
I’d like to see each candidate select several of the questions. They can use them to attack their opponent or build themselves up. The audience will decide who chose best.
They DID fact check Vance go back & watch it again!
That’s one approach. Anything but leftist news readers using questions to help dems and hurt the gop, and that’s what we’ve had for decades.
Mansplaining is the female version of the race card.
Whenever they are in the wrong and can’t figure a logical way out of their logical quandary, it’s time to play the race/manspaining card.
If there is ever another debate with such moderators, the candidates need to be given buttons to cut off the moderators.
Imagine a Mexican Standoff where everybody is muted and silent gums are flapping.
Maybe we could have real-time muting by the world-wide audience. The tech exists to do it. Maybe have real-time voting on who gets muted and for how long.
Childless cat laddies?
There was to be no fact checking, was there not? The moderators violated the agreed upon rules - period. In an attempt to benefit Walz.
For a good reason, they are Leftist activists, it's what they do.
Well, debates are done and over with. I’m sure Walz don’t want his a$$ handed to him on a plate again and Que-Mala ain’t gonna get a second one with Trump because of their on-air fact check team for Que-Mala.
Margaret Brennan has a toddler. Whenever she had anyone from the CDC on "Face the Nation" she kept badgering them for permission to COVID vaccinate the girl not yet three years old.
Maybe she was trying for a post-birth abortion - as though being the Democrat National Convention's primary mouthpiece wasn't damning enough.
