The lefties have been in sync with all of the Never Trump faux Republicans
...
The dead weight that Trump has been flushing out of the party has needed to go for a very long time. Most of those who are fleeing were connected to the Bush family
...
Conservatives have been putting up with less-than-ideal circumstances and candidates for a very long time now. I have never once thought that the best way to express my discontent was to vote for a Democrat for president.
The Democrats of 2024 are not the Democrats of 20 years ago. The party has been lurching hard to the far left for a long time now. There is no common ground to be found with them anymore. Dick and Liz Cheney have adopted the language of the leftists because they are now leftists themselves.
...
The Cheneys and all of the other Bush remnants don't have any principles; they're simply having a years-long temper tantrum because they know that their once-special place in Grand Old Party no longer exists. If the party ever does return to something that is acceptable to the mentally unwell Never Trump crowd, the country probably won't see another Republican president.
Again, Donald Trump is the candidate that the Republican Party needs in this election. The party and the country don't need any of the Capitol Hill Club Republicans who find it easier to roll over for the Democrats than to fight tooth and nail for the continued existence of the Republic.
Dick Cheney, J6 Lizzie, and all of the other Never Trump Republicans should plan on hanging out with their commie Dem friends forever now. In the long run, the GOP will be much stronger because they're gone.

Instead of “squishy”, it should be corrupt.
Dick Cheney can never escape the judgment of history. In reality he had more influence and power as Vice President than anyone before or since that has held the office. It is not unreasonable to assign him a great deal of the resposiblity for the twin debacles in Afghanistan and Iraq. Over six thousand brave young Americans were killed, tens of thousands more were physically and psychologically maimed. Trillions of dollars were squandered.America was weakened. This all led to the catostrophic Obama/Biden regimes. The Cheneys have not suffered enough for their malfeance. The nation and the Republicans need to be rid of them.
He was the “gravitas”.
George Schultz had a problem with keeping SDI and the ‘tear down his wall’ comment. Is he one of them? Just asking.
How many others are lurking? I’m talking senators voting conservative until that big vote whether it be ending Obamacare(McCain) or against the balanced budget amendment-some Oregon senator-Hatfield. 6 years is a long time to lay low and strike before they have to face the music.
They don't really believe Harris is better for America.
I think they fear the disruption of the Deep State.
Cheney really surprises me. Seriously. He should be smart enough to realize that the media demonization of Trump is BS in the same way that the media demonization of him and Bush was BS. And the demonization of the next Republican president will be BS too. Bush, I get. He’s stupid as a rock and is in the same “go along to get along” mold as his daddy. But Cheney struck me as a cold, calculating cynic. Maybe bitterness overcame him.
LOL! Maybe Kamamalalalal will put them in her cabinet!
That looks like their J6 “Service dog”, Zinger, sitting in the chair next to Dickie. I’ll bet he’s voting for Chiquita Bananas too.
They represent big money. Bush is deceptive. He is smarter than he appears. The aw shucks, is just an act. I believe the Christian front is an act as well. No Christian says what he has said in the past. He never expressed concern about the 1.4 million Christians in Iraq at the time of invasion. There will be no war in heaven, so I doubt if they want to really go there.
Perhaps. Or possibly he doesn’t have his marbles anymore and his words are actually Lizard’s words.
Thank you Stephen Kruiser, and you too george76 for finding finding & posting this. 🙂👍
Thank you
Next we’ll hear that Democrats love Halliburton.
Interesting read about Dick Cheney. He flunked out of Yale twice.

What does that tell you?
That all along there really wasn’t a “dime’s worth of difference” between them.
