Y’all can pray for my husband. He has had congestion and a cough for about a week. But, yesterday, or perhaps Thursday night he was feeling worse. He slept all day yesterday. When he woke, he was very weak. So, he went to the doc. He has level one, tropica malaria. (There are 5 different species of parasites that can infect humans, each with a different type of malaria. The most severe and dreaded form is malaria tropica, which is caused by Plasmodium falciparum, which is why it is often called “falciparum malaria”)
Brought medicine home. Took the first dose. About 30 minutes later he threw up. That isn’t unexpected for malaria meds. He slept all night. Today he feels better. Before taking his next dose, I made him some biscuits. He kept the dose down and he is back asleep again.
Pray, please, his body will respond well to the medicine, i.e. no more throwing up and it will actually work. Pray also that he will stay hydrated. Pray he will not overtax his body when he returns to work on Monday as his red blood cells are now depleted.
People get trapped in that and are enslaved to the bosses.
I’m sorry to hear your hubby is feeling so crummy.

I can’t stand it when my own hubby is ailing.
He has to have a hip replacement on November 18th.
Every once in awhile, he will let out a yelp when
he’s raising from sitting to standing, so I KNOW it’s
hurting him plenty more than he lets on.

Oil of Oregano, about 6 drops in a pan of boiling water, put towel over head and breath in fumes. not too close to steam.
Also, Mullein Tea helps the lungs.
