Hi all
Just got home from last run of errands and returning the rental van.. Their driver brought me home. I tried this morning for hours to be granted an extension.no check received yet and not way to even look for wheels
Now to get busy in kitchen.. making a mexi- meal. Rice, beans and a half burrito and half enchilada roll. I’ll share recipe later

What a FREEZING, NASTY day today!
24 degrees, and freezing drizzle that will
give way to sleet and freezing rain.
Major YUCK!!
The kitchen cook stove has a merry crackling
fire, and it feels so cozy!
It drives any dampness away.
Thankful that hubby and I are here, warm and safe.
He’s in the kitchen chopping veggies, etc.
When he is cooking, that is HIS domain.
I’m the same way when I am cooking.
This weather is terrible for folks that have arthritis
and stuff like that.
Yes, the weather DOES affect those conditions!

I would have told them, either you leave this rental
car with me until you replace my van and/or give
me the replacement money, or I will sing like
