I’m going in the opposite direction...
Congratulations!
I have been doing KETO diet, and intermittent fasting,
and the result has been amazing!
Once it started to come off, it just took off like a shot!
Now that I am almost at my target weight, I can relax
the dietary part, just a LITTLE-I don’t want to ever
go back to being that heavy again.
Breaking my hip plus a COPD exacerbation left me unable to do much.
Hubby is a great cook, and spoiled me rotten while I was recovering.
Now that I am almost 30 lbs lighter, my 02 sats have gone up!
My weight has come down, and I can move much easier-
(except on bad pain days)
I started getting serious about this in mid August so,
I’ve lost 30 lbs in 4.5 months!

I had some basal cell carcinoma removed. The doc was able to get all the cells in one swoop. He then took skin from my other cheek to make a skin graft. The cut for the skin graft is in a deep fold along the side of my nose.
At the moment, my complaint is the itching and just being overall fatigued. When there isn’t itching, I often have a sensation of hair tickling my nose.
I watched a video a while back focusing on one of those camps that had been closed down. There were several of the adults now, children then, who had been incarcerated in the camp going all through it and telling about the things that happened there.
