The Biden/Garland DOJ spent years reviewing allegations that I committed various crimes.
I was charged with nothing: FULLY EXONERATED. Not even a campaign finance violation. And the people investigating me hated me.
Then, the very “witnesses” DOJ deemed not-credible were assembled by House Ethics to repeat their claims absent any cross-examination or challenge from me or my attorneys. I’ve had no chance to ever confront any accusers. I’ve never been charged. I’ve never been sued.
Instead, House Ethics will reportedly post a report online that I have no opportunity to debate or rebut as a former member of the body.
In my single days, I often sent funds to women I dated - even some I never dated but who asked. I dated several of these women for years. I NEVER had sexual contact with someone under 18. Any claim that I have would be destroyed in court - which is why no such claim was ever made in court.
My 30’s were an era of working very hard - and playing hard too.
It’s embarrassing, though not criminal, that I probably partied, womanized, drank and smoked more than I should have earlier in life. I live a different life now.
But at least I didn’t vote for CR’s that fuck over the country!

Change of subject!
Beginning of Day 3 recovery. I still look like Frankenstein’s monster. The incision from where the graft was taken is a vertical incision and closed with medical super glue. It is purple and about 4’ long.
The instructions for the area on the nose were to LEAVE THE BANDAGE ON AS LONG AS POSSIBLE! That was emphasized over and over. But blood seeped into the edges of the bandage and it looks horrible.
And then there is the itchy. I really want to scratch my nose. Everything is swollen. I need to blow my nose. That is an adventure. Every so often I have to sneeze.
Then yesterday it occurred to me that grafts sometimes don’t grasp onto the host area. So, I’ve begun worrying about that.
Now, I know these are little things and it will pass. I just want to put it out.
I took a picture of my nose for my grandkids. The grandson said I look like I was hit by a bus and then I ran after a car.
Finally, do you know why cows give more milk when you talk to them?
I figured by the speed with which Gaetz dropped out and gave up his position that there must be some pretty embarrassing stuff in his closet. Not illegal, perhaps, but likely put him in a bad light.....bad enough to overcome. Often sending funds to women he dated? I can see that now and again if someone ran into some financial need....but that does sound odd to me.

I think sometimes patients wait too long to have things re checked. For example, a cast that becomes too tight, obviously swelling and getting discolored. Better go in as soon as possible, next time make sure the extremity is kept above the heart to prevent swelling. The nose, head of bed elevated all the time, soft ice pack to the nose. Just go in and have it checked for excessive swelling or infection, that would certainly be a problem

I love the ones with hair on their legs and around the hooves. I haven’t seen any like that in person.
I went to a chicken show once, they actually had some real beauties there. I’m not sure how they would work in my barn, if they were rugged enough but they sure were pretty. Some had long feathers and some actually had fur.
So sweet! Especially after the last 4 years.
