The only thing I can tell you is to try calling Walmarts customer service. They may be able to tell you what it is you need to know how to do.

My microwave just crapped out.
We ended up buying an over the oven microwave that is also an air fryer and a convection oven.
(Never mind the only setting we use on it is “Add 30 Seconds”.)
We(she) now has a Ninja Smart Cook System 2 Basket Air Fryer and an “INSTAPOT” (a dual pressure cooker on steroids) that are both obsolete\not needed...never-mind neither have ever been used.
And there still is the air fryer(cabinet space hog) we(she) still uses.
can’t forget a high-end outdoor grill that hasn’t been used in a couple of years.
when all i really need is an egg pan...(sigh).. yes that was a sigh.
looks like the 1st cell phone i had. bag phone...3Amps did no good cause cell towers were too far apart back then...mid-late 80’s...used it thru 1996-ish

Stylin you gave me my morning laugh with your Odyssey of neglected and ignored appliances. Oh how they must feel hurt!😊. You know I have a lot of friends with huge fancy kitchens a lot of appliances and they probably cook one meal a week - if that. Frozen foods, delivery, takeout and sandwiches comprise they’re eating.
You know cooking and spending time in the kitchen is just a matter of priorities. Many people have a whole lot of things they would rather do than spend 2 to 3 hours in the kitchen preparing a meal. Those of us who cook know that is often what it takes to prepare a meal
I have to laugh when I see posted recipes with prep time and Cook time
the prep time says 15 minutes. Heck it takes me 15 minutes to just find the ingredients in the refrigerator pantry whatever my lack of organization because of space limitations here at the biggest issue. so I have a boring life cooking and playing in the dirt are now my fun outlets. And playing in the dirt season is about over for now.
