True. It’s not just food, and may not be used for food in every case. It’s animal sacrifice. The devil is not pleased with them offering up Big Macs and fries. He’d much rather everyone eat those.

I was watching the LasVegas rally last night and after more than an hour in, you could see people behind him coming down the bleachers to go out.

I do love my meat. So right now I have 5 chicken thighs baking in the oven. The spices I have on them smell so good. I will eat one then freeze the rest for later days.
Then tomorrow when/if I get my online grocery order done as I need eggs I will mix up the hamburger meat to put in green peppers and bake them.
As far as your garden not doing well weren’t you at Jim’s house for several days when it was fairly hot? Who would have been watering and taking care of your garden? With your son and his broken leg and bad health surely he couldn’t.
I had Mediterranean Chicken yesterday that Natalie brought over. I sent a pic off to Cotton if she wants to post it. Very delicious, very colorful.

Visit from son and family tonight! Yeah for Nanna! The little one is so darned cute. We had a nice catch up chit chat on the deck for a couple of hours.
It was as I thought.....just super busy, lots of jobs, trying to complete his out-building, etc. He knows we’re ok otherwise Natalie would contact him. It was nice to see them.
My DIL has become a real homesteader. She’s so happy to be able to stay at home. She is doing so much....doing stuff from scratch and learning so much....she’s even grinding her own peanut butter lol. God bless her. She loves the home life.

After waiting in line, all that time, I’m surprised people would leave. Maybe they need to find a bathroom. That would be my worry if I planned to attend!

Is the recipe with the picture if she posts it? If not do I just look up Mediterranean chicken? But there are probably several different ways to do it.
