As you know, 52 U.S.C. §30124 prohibits a candidate for federal office or an employee or agent campaign ads to depict themselves or another candidate engaged in an action that did not happen or saying something the depicted candidate did not say. We respectfully request the Commission expeditiously consider these recommendations and initiate the necessary emergency rulemaking process.
